Heavy Metal Content Requirements

1.1 Raw materials (excluding packaging): Total lead (Pb) < 20 PPM, total cadmium (CD) < 10 PPM, total mercury (Hg) and arsenic (As) not detectable, no total hexavalent chromium (CrVI); Compliant with the latest EU EN71-3, US ASTM F963, and Chinese GB6675 standards.

1.2 Packaging materials: Total content of CD, Pb, Hg, and CrVI ≤ 100 PPM.

1.3 Hardware materials (including surface treatments): Same requirements as 1.1 and corresponding standards.

Materials for electronic products sold to the EU comply with the EU RoHS 2.0 Directive 2011/65/EU.

Phthalates Requirements: (DBP + BBP + DEHP) < 0.08%; (DNOP + DINP + DIDP) < 0.08%; DNHP, DIBP, DNPP, DCHP, DIOP each < 0.08%.

All materials meet the latest REACH requirements; Total content of substances in ECHA's latest SVHC Candidate List < 0.1%. Written notification is required if total content ≥ 0.1% (refer to the latest SVHC Candidate List for updates).

Compliance with 18 PAHs requirements specified in German GS certification PAHs-ZEK-01-4-08 (details in the table below).

Fillings (foam, resin cotton, fiberboard, wood board, etc. ) for products sold to the US, EU, UK, etc., meet relevant fire resistance (latest EN 71 Part 2, FMVSS302, 16 CFR PART 1610, BS5852) and formaldehyde content requirements.

Textiles for products sold to the US, EU, etc., meet relevant azo (AZO) and formaldehyde content requirements.

AZO Dye Test: Compliant with GTP35FCAB-82.02 (AZO), free of 24 prohibited aromatic amines.

Formaldehyde Content Test: ISO14184 Part 1: < 20 ppm.

Light Fastness: BS EN 20105-B02: 93: Light colors > Grade 4.0; Dark colors > Grade 5.

Rubbing Fastness: BS EN ISO105-X12: 95: Dry ≥ Grade 4; Dark colors dry ≥ Grade 3.5; Dark colors wet ≥ Grade 3.

Washing Fastness: BS EN ISO20105-C06: Color change ≥ Grade 4; Color staining ≥ Grade 4.

Perspiration & Saliva Fastness: DIN 53160/35LMBG82.10: ≥ Grade 3.5.

Free of FR Flame Retardants: Octa-BDE, PBB, TDBPP, and TEPA.
